Deborah Ann Mack is the founder and creative force behind DAM Fashions, a luxury fashion brand known for its custom-made garments, wedding gowns, and sophisticated outerwear. Deborah's journey into fashion was not a traditional one, but rather a path shaped by passion, persistence, and a deep love for design.

Originally from Charleston, SC, Deborah’s interest in fashion began at an early age. She spent her childhood sewing, experimenting with fabrics, and immersing herself in the art of design. Although she initially pursued a career in law—earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Justice and Law Administration from Western Connecticut State University and a Master’s Degree in Corporate and Political Communication from Fairfield University—her passion for fashion never waned.

After years of working in the legal field and running a successful organic fabric care business, Deborah made the bold decision to follow her heart and immerse herself fully in the fashion industry. She returned to school to study fashion design, completing multiple semesters in the fashion program. Wanting to expand her knowledge and skills, she sought out continuing education courses in New York City, attended numerous online programs, and engaged with industry networking events to refine her craft.

In 2016, Deborah took a significant step toward realizing her dream, traveling to NYC to find the right manufacturers to bring her designs to life. Her vision for DAM Fashions began to take shape as she worked with manufacturers to create garments that would combine innovative design, quality craftsmanship, and a focus on sustainable luxury. Her work quickly garnered attention, with her designs featured in Harper’s Bazaar Magazine UK and HUF Magazine UK. She has also showcased 40 of her creations at New York Fashion Week and presented her work at the D.C. Fashion Week twice.

Now, as the owner and designer of DAM Fashions, Deborah continues to blend her entrepreneurial spirit with her design expertise, creating one-of-a-kind pieces that celebrate individual style. Her custom-made garments, crafted from the finest materials, are a testament to her dedication to quality and craftsmanship. Every piece tells a story, and with each garment, Deborah invites her clients into a world where fashion isn’t just about what you wear, but how you feel.

Beyond her fashion label, Deborah also works to empower women through her nonprofit organization, House of Ann, which supports victims of domestic violence. Through DAM Fashions, Deborah strives to create a space where every purchase helps women support other women, fostering a community of strength and empowerment.

Deborah resides in Pennsylvania with her husband and children, and continues to build DAM Fashions as a reflection of her commitment to artistry, personal expression, and giving back.
